Change to site security

In preparation for introducing a new facility on this site we have decided to update the site security. The main aspect of this is to require usernames to be set to users work email addresses, so that we can verify which company users work for. We have been applying this rule to all new registrations since mid-November 2005 and we are now extending this to all users who registered before this date.
