New Helpdesk for Asia Pacific region.
We are pleased to announce the launch of a dedicated iWORKS Prophet Helpdesk based in Singapore. This new helpdesk will enable SunGard to provide a more focused service to its customers in the Asia Pacific Region. Your queries will be dealt with more promptly and if necessary redirected to the person with the best expertise to resolve any issues that you may have.
From 2 July 2007 please direct all Asia Pacific queries to this new helpdesk. Support coverage is scheduled during local business hours from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding national public holidays).
