We hope the following notes help you get the best from the new website.
- The scrolling banner on the home page may not scroll and may cascade down the screen, unless you add the following sites to Trusted Sites in Internet Explorer
- Some of the images are rather large and take a long time to load
- Please note that registration has changed from the old method with a username and password to a new method with a 'token' that will give your browser access to the secure areas of the site, e.g. certain pages in the Support menu.
- The registration email may appear in your Junk Mail folder
- If your normal browser is not the browser that starts when you click a link in your email, please copy the link from the email to your preferred browser. You should only have to do this once every three months.
- You can't access the secure support pages through Prophet's built in browser.
