Product Support
To ensure the best product experience and best service, we encourage our clients to keep their systems up to date. If you need our assistance, our current standard licence and support contract includes support for the most current version and the two immediately preceding versions of Prophet.
Actual contractual end of support times for versions of our solutions have varied over time and are set out in the licence and support contracts with our clients, please check your agreements for the exact end of support or discuss with your account manager. Your end of support date may vary from the dates below which are indicative, and we believe apply to most clients.
Note: While FIS generally endeavours to follow the support plans on this web page, all time plans, in particular release dates and end of support times, are indicative only (red text) and FIS reserves the right to change these plans at any time without notice to clients.
